Which Application Package to use: Outland vs. Inland

Hello,

This is a silly question but it just occurred to me that I should double check.

We are applying for common-law PR through the outland route. We both live in Canada.

Which application package do we use, given that we are doing outland and both live in Canada? (a) the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada—Spouse or Common-law Partner (linked to inland) or (b)the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class (linked to outland)

okay, good that's what we assumed but had one of those mental blank moments...

This is my biggest beef about the CIC site...pretty much everything steers you toward the inland forms even if your spouse is just visiting with you, so it's not intuitive to anyone just dropping in on the site that you can also apply outland -- they never even use the terms "inland" and "outland" like we do here.
