Lets say work xp points claimed for 2014 -2016.
Left job in 2017.
1. Paystubs = payslips ?
2.On the above scenario which period payslips to submit & how many.

1) Yes.
2) There's no required numbers of them. You can attach as many pay stubs as you wish.
However, it's advisable to attach first & last month's pay stubs. These two should be there. But, also attach for around 6 or 8 months in total.
i.e. first 3 - 4 months, and last 3 - 4 months
 
I would upload the last 3 months payslips as it would show that you are or you were in employment as you claim points for that employment for a particular period.

Rather than uploading all of them, better to upload annual tax statements if they are available and last 3 to 4 months plus first 1 or 2

As I said earlier, you should submit the following:

- First 2 - 3 months pay slips year 2014
- Last 2 - 3 months pay slips year 2016.

In addition to this, if you have annual income & tax deduction form (e.g. Form 16 in India), then it's better to upload that also. You should submit those for both 2014-15, and 2015-16.
