Which address to send application

Hi i just wonder should i send to PO box address or courier service address? What if i want signature on delivery so which one i should use? Thank you so much and i used canada post for this

Are you using a public mail service (such as Canada Post) or a courier service (like FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc)? If you're using the public mail service, send it to the P.O. box address. If you're using a courier service, send it to the courier service address. You can get signature confirmation with either.

And may i ask for the address in mississauga to send the app to (outland, but living in Canada), i am confused because the site lists two
