hy guys i am in a trouble..i am having my real married sister(pr)in canada and i am also applying for student visa to canada..now my problem is that should i disclose that i am having a sister in canada in family relating information as VO can mark it out that i am going to stay in cana for pr after comleating my studies..OR i should write that he is still in india(which may caose problem)..??

i am a college student..but if i show she is from canada VO will never give me visa he will say that i am going to stay in canda after my studies..

ohhhhhhhh yes i one think came into my mind that my sister will have my name in his profile over there..thay hav to just search it..and his previous that our address will also be there in his profile

Yes, because she completed the IMM 5406 for Immigration which lists her parents and her siblings with DOB. Lie, about the sister, it is misrepresentation.

Dont worry bout it don't lie as long as she is living in Canada legally they don't mind. If you lie and get caught you will be in very big trouble. Do you know its actually an advantage to have an established relative in canada coz it means you will not struggle that much to settle down. So don't worry bout it

My sister and his husband applied for PR in 2010 and still waiting for ther PR card.....So,I have to mention her name in family information form as their file are under processing.....

My agent said not to include her name as,her file is under processing and will have negative effect on my file????

Nice question Araised..... my sister is also there and I am also applying for Diploma though i am graduate.. but diploma is interdisciplinary and covering more plateform of studies then i get in graduation.... my Ielts Bands are 6 and Sufficient for Diploma as all diplomas are requiring 6 and masters requiring 6.5 and in some cases 7......

Other then this do they ask question about did u apply for immigration before?

Please do not conceal anything from them. If you tell the truth, they don't mind and count you as honest person who will be back to your country after your studies. but if you lie.... I think they will figure it out.
