Whether to bind the application or not ?

Hi,

Dear Fellows,

I need your suggestion whether the application (almost 125 pages) should be bind in the form of a report (can be spiral binding, tape binding, ring binding) or should be put in a folder with punch holes? or should be just inserted in an envelop with loose papers?

Don't bind the pages or put them in a binder. They must be loose.
