Whether 1 year PGDM course is considered as Master's degree?

Hi Team,

I have 4 years in Bachelors of engineering. If i do 1 year part time PGDM from any WES recognized university can that be considered as "Masters degree" or will that be considered as "Two or more degrees". Please share your ideas on this.
