Hi guys,

Question 1
Given that I have never been involved with any organizations, never worked for any governments, and never joined military, I need to put the word "NONE" as instructed. Where should I put it? Name of organization for organizations, correct? How about Military? None for Country?

Question 2
For any information (personal history, address) that is effective now and in the foreseeable future, should I put today's date as "To"? Or should I leave it blank to indicate that it is effective as of now? There is no way to write the word "Present" in the date box.

Thanks!

(1) Put "none" in the top-most box for that section.

(2) Leave the "To" date blank for your current address.

Do not leave To date field blank!

Put the date when you completed application or you intend to send the application.

If you're OCD about blank date fields, then put the current date there, it won't hurt. But a blank date does convey to them the meaning of 'present'. I filled out my forms this way and I survived.
