I would want O know if we have a chance of migrating. We are from The Philippines and been living and working in China for more than 13years. I am now in the management position and no relatives in Canada or a job offer. I would want to try the PNP.
I would be happy if someone can guide me as what would be the best option.
Express Entry?
I got only four years degree and done with WES. Unfortunately I got no masters degree to back my degree

I was trying to search an agent or Canadian consultants but can't find around that are legit and won't go as a student.

For most PNP programs you need an Express Entry profile so set up a profile with WES and language scores. From there select PNP programs. What is your CRS score and NOC?

I need to take another IELTS exam... was okay.. lowest was 6, speaking was 8.0
so need to have that soon...

NOC code 0- 0422

You can’t below 6 for IELTs or you will not be eligible. Need your WES/ECA completed too. Your NOC may be ineligible for PNP programs. In Canada, principals have masters in education and most are licensed to teach too. Check each province to verify.

Thanks.
Im booking an ielts tests for me and husband most probably by September.
Should u suggest to certify my teaching license in those provinces before applying for EE? because one of the requirements will be an ICAP from WES.

really appreciate ur responses. Sorry for taking ur time

First you need eligibility for Express Entry. Will you be eligible with a minimum of 67 points? Your NOC is ineligible for Alberta and Saskatchewan so you don’t really have any PNP options without a job offer. Maybe BC but I believe all their programs require a job offer. Provincial license doesn’t give you points for EE.
