Where to send taxes when I'm not living in Canada anymore?

Hi,

I had a one year temporary work permit in Canada. It ended in June 2012 and I would have to file my taxes now and I remember I was supposed to send this file to some special office. Couldn't find the address anywhere, is there anyone who could help?
