Where to send Outland App

We are within days of sending our Family Class Outland Application. We (both sponsor and PA are living in Canada). We have downloaded the most recent and updated forms (02-19), which are telling us to send to Speck Pkwy, Mississauga if we are sending by courier service. Could someone, anyone confirm that I am interpreting this correctly? Many thanks in advance.

I’m fully aware of that, but you’ve now got the document checklist contradicting the website. So where do you stand as an applicant sending your application out now... it’s not very helpful from CIC.
