After AOR1 from CIO and before applying to CHC Islamabad If baby born then where to send the baby fees and forms. And which Forms.

Hi,

I am not an expert however, as I understand, once we have passed the CIO stage [initial apps], all our corresp should go hereon, to the Local CHC. Thus,
1. The fees & the forms should go to CHC-Islamabad.
2. The same forms as u filed for your spouse & other kids [if any].
