Where to put the WES reference number

Dear all,
I have a simple query. While preparing the sealed envelope for WES assessment at which places do I need to mention the WES reference number? Is it fine if I just mention it on the top of the envelope or do I need to put it on the documents inside the envelope as well? I may not get a chance to put the number inside the envelope after it's sealed, so asking.

You need to cut the bottom part of the WES academic request form (that contains space to mention WES reference number and has the address) and paste it outside your envelope. While the remaining filled WES academic request form (with WES reference number) can be put inside the envelope. They put it inside for my secondary diploma themselves after signing and stamping it but didn't put it for my bachelor's degree envelope.

Put it on the envelope only.

One more question, is it okay if I put both my sealed graduation envelope and sealed masters envelope together in one bigger envelope and send it to WES?

Yes, you can do that.
