Where to put proof of lease for IMM5409E (Statutory Common Law)

My common-law and I will visiting Canada soon. We are both visitors.

I will be applying ONLINE. In IMM5409E i checked that we have jointly signed a mortgage lease/apartment contract.

In our continuous 1 year of being a common-law partner, we reside in 2 apartments (Dec to September and September to present)

Now my question is, where will I attach these documents/proof/contracts?

IMM5409E needs to be printed and notarized, then scanned together with the proof/contracts of our apartment, then upload as one document?

Is this correct?

That is one option. Usually all attached documentation is appended to the letter of explanation.

- My Bank Statement and my fiance's Bank Statement
- Apartment Lease Contract

No need for T4s, no need for Employment certificate.

Everything should be written down in a single letter of explanation, if you need more then that usually means you are trying too hard (which is bad for a TRV application).

You have provided enough evidence, unless T4s and employment letter add something that is not visible in the bank statements they are just redundant.
