Where to put academic record?

Hi all,
I graduated in Japanese and I want to register to a Culinary Diploma in GBC. I submit the application online but I don't know where to put my academic record (which section? Passport or Letter of Explanation).

I upload Passport, Letter of Acceptance in each folder in GCKey account. But I don't know where to put the high school diploma and school record since each folder accept one file only .

You need to combine all the educational documents in all single pdf file. If you use Mac then use preview feature of pdf to add the file in one single file.
