Where to pay RFPR online?

I want to pay this $490 with my credit card so I would be able to know when it's charged. But I can't find any link at CIC website for online payment of this, nor can I find any payment form that I can use to put my credit card number in.

Can anyone help?

I don't think you can pay by credit card. only wire trasfer, demand draft is acceptable for payment.
