Hi,

I am in canada and applying for permanent residence as a spouse of a permanent resident. I have filled in the application but am confused as to where to send it. In the kit it says to send it to Vegreville, Alberta but when online in different places it tells me to send it to Mississauga and also to pick an office that deals with my nationality which would be London (UK).

So....Vegreville as the kit says or Mississauga as the internet says? help.

Andy

From my limited knowledge I think if it is an "inland" application it goes to Vegreville and if it is an "Outland" application it goes to Mississauga.
There are others on here that are far more informed than I am so you may want to wait till they respond.

I think it has to go in Mississauga , i would recomend to call CIC they will tell you better information where to mail them

You didn't tell us if you are filing inland or outland but the replies above are correct. So your application kit (inland or outland) will say which address.

The application package has the address you need for mailing your application to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario (for family members living outside Canada) or CPC in Vegreville, Alberta (for family members living in Canada).

If you apply inland, it's Vegreville. Outland it's Mississauga. Double check on your form for INLAND applications!

Can you read spousal sponsorship before post ? Can you read in CIC website ? It seems you don't read at all

Yes, AndyPEI, the other posters are correct. You need to decide if you are doing Inland or Outland BEFORE filling out forms, as they are different. Then depending on which application you complete, you will determine which address to send it to.
