Where to go for Upfront Medical in GTA ?

I called couple of doctors inb Toronto area, but everybody said that I have to wait until I get a medical request from CIC.

Do you guys know from which doctor is willing to do the Up front medical in GTA region ?

Dr Francis Li in Toronto near Pape Station is one of the option ...no appointment required ...call them to enquire..

Also this doctor is Kitchener is good ...
