where to give biometrics

please help.. they IRCC sent me letter asking for biometrics.. but all centers in Canada closed. i need for MY ITA. any advice.

You can't do anything unless they reopen the service canada centers or waive the biometrics requirements.

Thank you for your reply. as me and my spouse have valid work permit, we are thinking to leave to find VAC abroad .. do you think they will accept it? Thank you

it is bit odd as i gave my biometrics 14 months ago in VAC when i applied to my work permit, the web site says it valid

Even if you submit from abroad, itll accept, but, the mandatory quarantine after journey and complications make me feel that it's better for you to wait a bit more and proceed with it.

You are absolutely right.. but i want to have some order in my life and career. by the way ( they approved my medical exam and now request biometrics), does that mean that ill get the PR or still they have not even opened my documents? thnkx

That's only the first step. You will have gave to wait 2 or 3 months and either order gcms notes or call them to get the status. Your eligibility will be reviewed by a case analyst and once passed then your security and criminality will start. Once all approved and biometrics done, then you will get the final approval.

You can check on IRCC website. They specifically forbid you to go to an VAC to give biometrics if you are inside Canada.
