Are there places in Vancouver that sell these things cheap?

Electrical appliances Eg rice cooker, fruit and vegetable blender
Groceries such as fruits, fresh milk, sauces used for cooking, fresh meat

Can you get a rice cooker for $20 inclusive of taxes?

Wonder whether the Chinese shops in chinatown sells them cheap

It would be good if you can name the shops and their location.

There is Canadian Tire for example, see http://www.canadiantire.ca/ I see a rice cooker on there for $20.

Sad to say that groceries such as eggs are cheaper across the border in Washington State. There are few home appliances shops in chinatown, but you will find lots in richmond near aberdeen centre.
