Where to find OWP application to attach to sponsorship

Hello! I'm having difficulty finding the exact OWP application I need.

I am currently under a PWGP in Quebec working and want to extend/change my permit to stay until the sponsorship application is finalized.

Please kindly point me in the right direction. Also - just to confirm there will be no french requirement?
