where to find my aor if you lost your email

Hi friends! Just a quick question. Can anybody tell me where to find my AOR. For some reason i cant find anymore my email from CIC.

M not sure u may b email or call PNP office with ur details they can help u i think ... If ur pnp is Bc pnp then i think u should wait till july as they clearly saud they wont reply to anyone till july...
