I'm kinda confused on where to email the RPRF receipt. My friend received an email and requesting for RPRF and the email is CIO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca. But I received a different email and sent my RPRF receipt to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca. Can I just send to both email though? Thanks.

Follow the instructions on the email from CIC and send the RPRF receipt to the email address mentioned.vherpunzalan said:
