My wife and I both live in the United States. I am undocumented. I recently filed along with my wife and got denied. My wife will probably get denied to and may become out of status. We would like to file for PR in Canada. My wife is a Polish citizen, I am an Israeli citizen. We are both registered nurses educated and trained in the United States. I am waiting to be seen by an immigration judge which may take over a year to get a decision. My question is where do we apply, U.S., Poland, or Israel?

Thanks

1. If you were admitted to the US for 1 year you can select Buffalo as the processing office when you submit to CIO Sydney.
2. If you weren't admitted for 1 year, then you have to select the office that serves the residence of the principal applicant, either Tel Aviv or Warsaw.

Since your are undocumented , i think it is going to be a problem. This is because you have to send a copy of your residence in the USA.
