Where to apply outland?

Can someone please direct me to a site where I can find the locations outside of Canada where I can sumbit my application sponsor form and my husband's PR application? I am looking specifically for southeast Asia (Thailand) if that makes any difference.

you send your application to mississauga and they will send it to the appropriate visa office abroad once you are approved to sponsor, the addy is in your packet.
