I made an appeal for COC from Singapore police and it was approved. They've asked me to send fingerprints from an authorized center. But has not mentioned any information about any authorized centers. I live in Vancouver in Canada. Does anyone know where I can get the fingerprint form and where to get fingerprinted in Canada?
