Where should i submit the LOE (letter of explanation)?

I got the ITA and submitting all the documents. So, Should I include the LOE in the document itself or should I put it in the dedication section in CIC profile ???. I have multiple LOE. Please help.

Merge all those LOE and upload them in the LOE placeholder.
