Where should I send my passport if I’m in Canada?

Hello to everyone who finds this thread!
I have received my permit approval and passport request today.

Although I have applied online as if I were outside Canada, physically I am here. So I’m not sure, whether I’m allowed to send my passport to Ottawa. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
I’m thinking about sending them my passport tomorrow. Should I?

In case anybody needs my timeline:
Already had biometrics
30th of June - applied
Took a medical exam without a request and sent it through the webform
23rd of November - the exam results were added to my file and the application was approved

Send it to the VO from which you have received your PPR request!!
