Where is our PR card? And another important question...

We were approved on May 21rst for PR. It has been 5 weeks and no card yet. Will we be notified when the card is mailed?

I logged into CIC website to see if I could find any sort of status update, and I saw on the screen that our COPR (confirmation of Permenanty Residence) document has expired as of 6/15/2019. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Is something wrong?

What do you mean when you say that you were approved on May 21st? Is this the day your application was approved or the day you landed? Did you use the COPR to land and become a PR either at an airport or land border - or at a CIC office within Canada?
 
We had our application approved at an immigration office here in Ottawa...and got our COPR on that same day.
 
I landed at the Ottawa office too (May 28th) and I still haven't gotten my PR card either. Seems like a recurring issue with the applicants landing at the Ottawa office :/
