Where is my file after Medical Examination in FSW

I have applied for PR in FSW type in 2011 in CIC Sydny, Canada
Called for an Interview in February 2019 by Singapore Canada Embassy
Completed Medical Examination in March 2019 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The status is " In Process". In details they wrote, "we have received medical result"

My point is 76 out of 100. I just applied for FSWP. How often they draw under this program ? and what is the chance of getting ITA under this programme with 76 points?

Please advice.

Your file is in Singapore, and you should be receiving PPR soon.

But your application has taken a long time, longer than mine. What do you think was the issue?

The FSW PR application system was paused by Canada Govt. But now they are calling those applications. In my online account I see they are reviewing my eligibility of application for PR. I wonder if still they haven't decided on my eligibility, how or why they gone through Interview, Medical, taking Fees etc... I just wonder!!
