Where do you have better chance to find a job?

If you are new to Canada, and if your field revolves around finance and general business, where do you stand for a better chance to find a job: Vancouver or Edmonton?

Do you receive higher salary in Alberta than in BC for let's say a similar position (how much percent above if that is the case)?

Your questions are too general. The cost of housing is around double when you compare suburban Vancouver and Edmonton. More job opportunities likely in Vancouver. Seems like you are already in Canada and earning 45K. Would not encourage moving to greater Vancouver on that salary.
