Where do I upload the IELTS cert for PR application?

Dear all,
I am applying for PR after an ITA, but n the document upload list, I cannot find a specific request for IELTS scores. Where do I upload the certificate?
Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks, Goose.. I tried merging the pdfs.. the quality is so poor, that I would have rejected it... this is after compressing/reducing file size.. any suggestions please?

By the way I didn't upload my IELTS results proof in my e-APR as there is no specific placeholder for it, and besides the placeholder doesn't mention that you need to upload the IELTS results. However in the Education section, you just give the Test Reference number given on your scoresheet through which they can verify your scores
