Where do I stand with the June 26 change

Dear all

I am in panic. I sent my initial application at the centralized intake office. They received it on Apr 13, 2010. Now they want my documents to be sent to the Buffalo office.

I have not sent them yet because some took a long time to get. I applied using the NOC 4121 which has been removed from the new list.

So can I still make it, or it was money down the drain?

only those who applied on june 26, 2010 and beyond are covered by the new policy. if you already have your immigration file number which is written in their first aor, then i can say that yes you are already safe. god bless!
