Where do i send this specific form? please help (Afghan national)

this morning i received an email from Delhi Immigration office saying that my application has been received, but they are also requesting a Questionnaire FORM specifically for Afghan national which i am..

Now my question is that after filling out the form, where do i send it? to the immigration office in Mississuaga or to Immigration office in Delhi ?

Send it NDVO. You should scan it and upload a copy to send by case specific enquiry, and then mail the original to NDVO.
