Where can I upload study plan on the GC portal lists?

Usually Study plan goes in Client info under Optional Documents. Was your Study plan and LOA merged in a pdf, that is the only way possible to submit?

Yes. I joined them together with my tuition fee receipts however the file name i created says "LOA". i am afraid that officer wouldn't see it.

Officer will see every document uploaded. Don't worry.

Raise a webform and attach your study plan and upload to be safe if you fear it would go unnoticed.

Webform are used to update or add any information that you are asked or if you feel it is absolute necessary for the Visa Officer to know. So don't you worry.
