We are moving in few days and I want to notify CIC about the address change through case specfic enquiry form (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.241344459.873947521.1399486767) after we move as the application is under process. I was going through this link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp and it says I need to submit IMM5401.
I am confused where can I find this as I have just the payment receipt with a headline "Official Receipt – Reçu officiel". Can I upload this?
Also, the above link says I need to submit these two documents as well.
