When would be the first post 26 June 2010 rule application would have been reached CIO

I am bit curious on the above. I am confident, no application would have reached in the week of 27 June 2010 - 3 July 2010 as CIO + VO specific documents would not be in hand with new applicants.

The reason I am asking the above question, once CIO clears till 25 June 2010, which is expected by first week of Sept 2010, are they going to open post 26 June 2010 applyications or would be starting the backlog applications. If they do not have sufficient post 26 June 2010application they may not start working on post 26 June application in Sept 2010. (I think so...may be I am wrong)

Do we have any one here whose application reached CIO before 15 June 2010.

I think if there are not sufficient applications until June/July 2010, then they will process August applications as well. I am hoping for that because I applied in August.
