when will the FSWP of 2014 close?

You are saying FSWP "2014", so the easy answer is end of the year. However, if the cap for your target NOP is reached, that would be the closing day for you. To see the remaining caps for each NOC, google "cic complete applications".

Thanks Martin but when i asked to a consultancy,that said it will close on november whether the cap is full or not..

Pls wait for 'Ministerial Instructions' on EE 2015 in the near future. That will provide a clarity on closing date for FSW 2014... till then it is anybody's guess.
