When will my UCI entry start appearing on ECAS?

I was wondering when will I be able to start checking my application status on ECAS after sending my application to CIC. Will it start appearing only after Credit Card Charge? or right after CIC opens my application package for review?

You would be able to check you status on ECAS 5 days to a week after receiving of Acknowledgement of Receipt email
