When will Bill C-19 be implemented?

I saw that. He keeps saying that the CRS cutoff will go higher after bill c19. I think the next draw might be bill c19 specific.

IRCC has clearly stated C-19 and EE draws would continue in parallel for 2023. CRS will go up regardless of C-19 or not. We are sending truck load of students, TRVs, etc - why would it ever go down. Unless you get lucky in one of those C-19 or PNP categories, don't expect it to go down.
