hello friends,

I just like to ask when is the right time to pay for the RPRF?

I haven't paid mine and the 2nd stage of my application is being process (spousal sponsorship)...

Should I pay it now? or should I wait for cic to request it from me?

If I pay it through a financial institution where would I send the receipt? My file is now at Edmonton office. is that where I'm going to send it?

Thank you!

Hello,

I would pay it now as it may put a couple months of a delay onto your application if the visa office requests you to pay it. You pay the rprf payment online you send a copy to cic Mississauga and one to your visa office. It will take a few weeks for the payment to be attached to your file.

Here's the website to pay

Your welcome send one copy to Edmonton and one to vegreville

One more question .. ;)

If I pay in a bank, I will be using the form from CIC...

It has 3 parts, 1 for the bank, 1 for cic nd 1 for me...

So when I send a receipt to Vegreville or Edmonton.. Is a photocopy of the receipt will be good for one office? Then original for the other one?

Thanks!

I would ask the bank to photocopy a couple and stamp it send one to cic and one to Edmonton is that where your application is being processed or is it veg reveille? I'm Outland so I sent one to Mississauga cic and one to my visa office that is processing the file. Hope that helps

Good to know. I am going to get on this right away!

Thanks
