When to expect a decision from the IRCC after AOR and medicals passed in Feb 2021?

I created my profile in Sep 2020, got ITA in Nov 2020, AOR Feb 2021, Medicals Passed Feb 2021, Biometrics received Feb 2021. When can I expect a decision from them? Most people say that, if not by Sep 2021, I should most definitely receive a decision from them by Dec 2021. But I checked on myimmitracker that most FSW-outland applicants who passed medicals in Mar 2020 have not heard from IRCC since Mar 2020. How is it then rational to expect a decision in 2021?

Give it a year from the date of aor keeping in view current trends and IRCC’s priority fir cec2021 only

AOR feb 21 here as well.
Due to covid, FSW has been on hold and hence the massive backlogs from previous years. With Canada opening up we should start to see traction on our applications.
Conservatively, I expect only next year for 2021 FSWs to get their COPR.
