when to do me3dical exam

I am getting married in Nov and then sending in my application. He is here in Canada visiting at the moment. We would like to get his medical done now but if I haven't sent my application in yet where does the DMP send the paper work to. He is going outland so POS from here in Canada. I was told you needed to send in the medical paper with the application. If the DMP send the results in now how do they know that I will be submitting in Nov.?

The DMP submit's the exam to the CIC where it is filed into the system, when it's needed they pull it up. thing is the medical is only good for one year so if you don't want to do it to early because you want to get as much shelf life as you can out of it. I actually got married on April 7th and did my medical April 10th.
