when to apply for police verification for FSW visa from India

My husband and I are planning to apply for FSW visa in November. He will be the Principal applicant. We both took the IELTS exam. Now we are getting ready all the documents which are necessary for applying the visa.

We are from a town nearby Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. we enquired about the procedure for applying the police clearance Certificate.

My doubt is whether we should apply for police certificate now or should we have to wait until we submit the Visa application?

Did you get an invite to apply for visa? If yes then apply for a PCC at PSK in your city. If no then wait for an invite to apply for visa.

Yes. As your initial entry date (i.e time given to activate your PR) is decided on expiry of medicals or residing country PCC whichever is earlier. Generally they are valid for a year.
