Me and my spouse have been in Canada from January last year. I came here as international student and my spouse have been working full time at the same job since. I've change my visa to work permit and now i have full time job as chef in the restaurant since september. My work permit has been approved for three years till December 2011.
My question is, if its to early to apply for permanent residence for me, and if so, how long am i supossed to wait before applying. I have heard somewhere that you have to work 9 months before youre eligible to apply.
Thx

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
It depends on how you want to apply. If you want to apply as a skilled worker. You can do it right now. If you want to apply through a provincial nominee program where you live, you would have to look into the rules of your province. If you want to apply through Canadian experience class, you need to have either done a qualifying course and one year of work or othewise 2 years of work.
