When to apply earliest?

Hi All

I wanted to know when can I apply earliest for next cap year which is May 2014 to April 2015. I want to apply for NOC 1112 which gets filled really fast this year. Forum members please advise.

It's impossible to say. There's also a good chance CIC will implement an EOI based process for FSW:
