Hello!
Are there any other type of parents visa when our income doesn't meet the LICO? FYI, I live with my wife and two children; we are PR, landed 3 years ago.

What is the name of that visa?
How long will it be valid?
And how it can be extended.

Thanks!

A regular TRV, the type that everyone gets to visit Canada temporarily. You won't be required to show your income.

A regular TRV allows for maximum stays of up to 6 months (the super visa allows an initial stay of 2 years). If you wish to extend the stay, after your parents enter Canada, there is an application for that.

And please advise
  1. For how many years it is valid?
  2. Is that multiple entry?
Both questions: it depends on the officer's assessment of the case.

All applications are assessed for multiple entry visas but in some cases, a single-entry may be granted. And validity cannot be longer than the passport's expiry date (the maximum allowed validity is 10 years).
