when should i pay my fees??

when should i pay my fees after getting visa or just after getting letter of acceptance from the university? i can only manage 30k USD for my study..can i work and study there at the same time for my fees ?

well depends which country r u from? Have u checked visa check list for ur country? Mostly people pay fees as a proof of funds in visa application. some visa categories like SPP ask for fee receipt.

If you want to work - you could apply for an off campus work visa - but you can only work 20 hours/week
