I wanna register my minor boy as secondary student at Quebec for next year (2019-2020) would you please advise me When should I apply for my study permit?how long is valid study permit to entering to Canada ?

So maybe clarify that as a minor will he have a guardian in Canada or are you in a Canada on a work permit? Do you already have an institution identified to accept your son ?
I am not in canada .i want to send my son as international student . My brother will be as his guardian.we just decide to send our son to canada as a student .we dont have acceptance letter yet .
