When Second stage approvals are going to start..?

Iam a march applicant having AIP for jan 2021...and it is been so frustrating for me sitting home wasting time....i can't wait more.. I know there are thousands of people in same condition. Kindly please tell me any authentic good news,which can help me anf other students.
Has any body got second stage approval or passport request after AIP ...?

Passport submission service will be initiated by CHC despite VAC'S being closed in India as per their Twitter statement. New rules set to be announced on/after October 20th. Counterfoils given before March 18th are being cancelled by IRCC citing covid-19 readiness DLI list update.

So we have to wait till 20th October for update...
