when POF eligibility is checked? is it checked before MEP ?

at the time of submission my POF was 400 CAD extra, now its 30 CAD less after Medicals passed status.

anyone had currency fluctuation issue after submission? though I have added more funds to my account now

I'm much worried now due currency fluctuation, please share your experiences.

I did. Right after i submitted the application. There was a review required and then officer satisfied regardless all during the first two months of the application. That's why it's better to add more than necessary POF.
